New Saudi Arabia / KSA, Must be Saudi National Lawyers, Disciplines: Corporate / Finance / Projects / Litigation, Global Firm

New 2026/7: PQE 2+ these roles are for Saudi-national lawyers only to join a global law firm, with the position based in the KSA, with some flexibility to work from home. The roles focus on the following disciplines: corporate, finance, projects, and litigation, depending on experience and business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on complex cross-border transactions, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and managing matters fully aligned with Saudi law and regional regulations. The lawyer/s will collaborate closely with global and regional teams, support business development activities, and contribute to client pitches and thought leadership. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, supervising junior team members where appropriate, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of legal services.

You will be:

• a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia, with a valid license to practice and strong knowledge of Saudi law and regulatory frameworks.
• have experience in at least one of the following practice areas: corporate (M&A, joint ventures), finance (banking, Islamic finance), projects (infrastructure, energy), or litigation and dispute resolution.
• have a proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and transactional documents in Arabic
• have strong client-facing skills, including the ability to advise international and regional clients and manage cross-border matters.
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in an international or leading regional law firm is highly beneficial.
