Pest Control Technician Location: Lakeland/Winter Haven – Polk County, FL Job Type: Full-time Salary: $48,000 – $63,000+ per year (based on experience) About the Role Anti-Pesto is seeking a highly motivated and skilled New Start Technician to join our growing team in the Winter Haven/Auburndale area . Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans Safely and accurately apply pesticides and pest control solutions Maintain detailed records of services performed and materials used Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency Ensure company vehicle and equipment are clean, maintained, and fully stocked Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Why Work With Us At Anti-Pesto, we strive to create a 5-star workplace where team members are valued and supported.
