Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of tasks across several core areas:
- Admin & Financial Tasks: Track expenses and payments, assist with invoices and basic bookkeeping, and maintain organised financial records.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Manage class schedules and bookings, coordinate instructor and studio calendars, handle reschedules, and send timely reminders.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from parents and students (often referred to as “dance moms”), address concerns professionally, and help resolve scheduling or service issues.
- General VA Tasks: Manage inboxes, perform data entry and organisation, and support day-to-day operations.

Requirements And Qualifications
