About the Opportunity:

The No Experience Needed – WFH Customer Service role involves engaging with clients through virtual consultations to guide them in selecting appropriate supplemental benefits. This position supports clients throughout the enrollment process and maintains ongoing client relationships. The role contributes to the organization by ensuring clients receive clear, professional assistance, which helps fulfill the mission of providing accessible benefits to families nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Guide individuals and families through available benefit options clearly and professionally
• Support clients during the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
• Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and team development

Qualifications:

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Windows-based laptop or PC with a working webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
