KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Network infrastructure and business process analysis, technical and business requirements gathering
- Analyzing and monitoring the infrastructure for availability and performance
- Configuration of line paths or routing and proper operation within the existing processes and infrastructure
measuring
- Identifying and isolating errors, initiating and supporting remedial actions
- Close work with the sales team to support sales activities for a diverse array of international customers.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education degree (technical)
- At least 2 years experience in Telecom/IT industry
- Knowledge of infrastructure and business processes of telecom service providers
- Deep understanding of same or all of the following networks technologies ( VoIP, SMPP, Asterisk).
