Role Description The Norway Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and managing a virtual Lingua Learn language school in Norway. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and outreach, managing client inquiries, and coordinating language training services for individual and corporate clients. The partner will collaborate with Lingua Learn’s central team to implement operational standards, use provided platforms and materials, and ensure quality of service delivery. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with local stakeholders such as businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations. The role involves scaling the franchise’s presence in Norway while maintaining alignment with Lingua Learn’s brand and service guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Experience in Training or education-related activities, ideally within language learning or online learning environments.
• Business development or sales experience, with the ability to grow a franchise operation and build local partnerships.
• Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and online platforms, with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in franchising, entrepreneurship, or managing a small business is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Norwegian; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Understanding of the Norwegian market and cultural context, with the ability to adapt offerings to local needs.
