Dispute Analyst - Nordic Operations We are looking for a Dispute Specialist to join our Nordic Operations team. Our team supports leading Nordic financial institutions and works with payment card disputes, chargebacks, claims handling, investigations, and related operational processes. Depending on your experience, skills, and business needs, your responsibilities may vary across different stages of the dispute lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and process customer claims and disputes Review transactions, supporting documentation, and case-related information Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, card scheme requirements, client procedures, and internal guidelines Communicate with internal and external stakeholders when required Deliver high-quality work while meeting service level agreements and operational targets Contribute to process improvements and operational development initiatives Collaborate with colleagues across multiple Nordic markets Share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment Who Are You? You are a structured and detail-oriented professional who enjoys analytical work and problem solving. You can balance quality and efficiency while handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You may have experience from: Banking or financial services Customer service or support operations Payment cards and transaction processing Visa/Mastercard Fraud prevention Claims handling Dispute and chargeback operations Administrative or analytical roles Previous experience within dispute management, card operations, fraud prevention, or financial services is considered an advantage, but is not a requirement. Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working in an international environment Good written and spoken English Language RequirementsSweden (Stockholm) Fluent Swedish is required Good written and spoken English Norway (Oslo and Mo i Rana) Fluent Norwegian is required Good written and spoken English Latvia (Riga) Fluent Swedish or Norwegian is required Good written and spoken English Additional language skills are considered a strong advantage.
