Notion Expert (Project-Based)

Job Description This is a remote position. Are you a Notion power user with a strong eye for systems, productivity, and design? Our client is seeking a Notion expert to help streamline workflows, build custom dashboards, and optimize team collaboration spaces for a growing business. Your Role: Audit the client’s current systems, workflows, or tools (if any) Create a streamlined, user-friendly Notion setup tailored to the client’s needs (e.g., CRM, project tracker, content calendar, task management, knowledge base) Build custom templates, databases, and dashboards Provide documentation and a brief walkthrough or training session upon completion Recommend best practices and future enhancements Requirements Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated expertise in building and managing Notion workspaces (portfolio/examples required) Ability to think strategically about workflows and translate them into practical systems Comfortable working independently and communicating directly with clients Experience with Notion formulas, relations, rollups, and permissions Bonus: Familiarity with the Notion API and automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)
