We’re looking for a full-time Transaction Coordinator who loves organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. If you’re an experienced Idaho TC who wants to grow with a supportive, positive team, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Manage real estate transactions from pending to closed
• Oversee listing coordination (MLS entry, document prep, marketing materials)
• Communicate and coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies
• Review, organize, and process documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Track timelines to ensure deadlines are met and contingencies released
• Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, and signings
• Enter and coordinate commissions
• Build relationships within the Idaho real estate community
  
  

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of Idaho Transaction Coordinator experience
• Familiarity with Idaho real estate contracts
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Clear, professional communication (written & verbal)
• A calm, positive attitude (even on the busiest days)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
• Bonus points if you’ve used: Open to Close, Skyslope, Brokermint, Command, Paperless Pipeline, Docusign, or Dotloop
  
  

The Details

• Full-time, 40 hrs/week — no nights or weekends
• Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000 to start, with potential for increase based on experience and performance
• Remote / Work from home (we provide necessary office equipment)
• Monthly in-person team meetings and occasional networking events
