Responsibilities: Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings. Collaborate with course faculty and works closely with clinical coordinator. Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking/reasoning during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clinical agencies. Monitors student progress with evaluations and grades care plans as assigned. Provides positive and constructive feedback if needed. Requirements Education Master’s degree in nursing required; doctorate degree strongly preferred. Applicants without a nurse practitioner degree may be considered for core didactic courses. Licensure Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee or one of the eNLC compact states. Experience Prefer experience in secondary instruction.
