We are looking for a Nutritionist (m/f/d) in Berlin to act as a key differentiator for our Weight Loss offering: The Role This is a unique opportunity to shape our nutrition proposition from the ground up — running 1-on-1 patient consultations, creating expert-led content, and working closely with our product and marketing teams to build something that genuinely improves patient outcomes and retention. You will be the go-to expert for nutrition guidance tailored to German patients, with a particular focus on areas like weight management and metabolic health. Long-term, as our nutrition category grows, there is a real opportunity to build and lead a team of nutritionists. Your Responsibilities Conduct 1-on-1 nutrition consultations with patients, understanding their pain points and guiding them through personalised treatment plans. Develop evidence-based nutrition guidance specifically tailored to German patients, covering topics such as weight management, metabolic health, and sports nutrition. Create high-quality written content including tips, meal plans, and recipes for patients. Produce video content to educate and engage patients — you’ll be comfortable in front of the camera and able to communicate complex topics in an accessible, engaging way. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and distribute content that supports patient engagement and retention. Run a trial consultation programme for patients who opt in, gathering learnings to shape the long-term nutrition offering. Contribute to shaping the nutrition strategy as the category grows, with potential to take on a leadership role over time. Your Profile Experienced nutritionist or dietitian, ideally with a degree or equivalent professional certification. Native-level German speaker — essential for working directly with German-speaking patients. Experience conducting patient or client consultations, ideally in a clinical or digital health setting. Background working with patients on weight management, metabolic health, or obesity — highly desirable. Experience in a digital health, D2C, or app-based environment is a strong plus. Comfortable and confident on camera — you’re articulate, personable, and can translate nutrition expertise into engaging video content. Proactive self-starter who can work independently and build processes from scratch. Passionate about making a real impact on patient health outcomes.
