You will work closely with a collaborative team to streamline processes and resolve title-related issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Assist in preparing and reviewing title insurance policies, building loan continuations, and related documents Conduct title searches and prepare title abstracts to verify property ownership Review surveys and perform survey readings Prepare and review closing packages Ensure compliance with New York State title insurance regulations and guidelines Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title process Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency Respond to inquiries and resolve title-related issues in a timely manner
