Role Description The NZ Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on launching and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in New Zealand. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing a local market strategy, identifying and engaging potential learners and corporate clients, and overseeing the delivery of online language courses using Lingua Learn’s systems and materials. The partner will manage local operations such as coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, supervising marketing activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting initiatives based on data and feedback. The franchise partner will also recruit and support local staff or contractors as the business scales. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and evaluate performance.
Experience in Training or education-related activities to support learner success and quality standards.
Background in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within education or service industries.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage remote operations.
Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms to run online services.
Knowledge of the New Zealand market and proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, education, languages, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
