O1D Match I LinkedIn Automation Specialist - Dux-Soup and Workflow Automations (Remote Contractor)

ABOUT US

We run outreach and client acquisition for a group of related brands in US immigration and sports-visa services: O1DMatch, Aventus Visa Agents, Sherrod Sports Visas, and IGTA. LinkedIn outreach powered by Dux-Soup is a core channel, wired into GoHighLevel and other workflow automation. We hired for this exact toolchain before; this role goes deeper on the LinkedIn automation side.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Set up and run Dux-Soup campaigns end to end: build target audiences from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches, configure profile visits, connection requests, and message steps.

- Design and manage drip sequences: multi-step follow-up cadences, timing between steps, stop-on-reply behavior.

- Handle CSV export and import between Dux-Soup, Google Sheets, and our CRM: exporting scanned and visited profiles, enriching lists, re-importing revisit lists.

- Keep every LinkedIn account inside safety limits: daily action caps, ramp-up schedules for newer accounts, randomized delays, and monitoring for warnings.

- Route replies and accepted connections into GoHighLevel pipelines and follow-up workflows.

- Report weekly on invites sent, acceptance rate, reply rate, and conversations handed off.

MUST HAVE (do not apply without this)

- Hands-on Dux-Soup experience. You have personally set up Dux-Soup campaigns, built drip sequences, run CSV exports and imports, and managed LinkedIn safety limits. You can name the edition you used and describe a real campaign you ran. Candidates who are only "willing to learn" Dux-Soup will not be considered for this role.

- Working understanding of LinkedIn account safety: what limits exist, how to ramp up an account, and what gets accounts restricted.

- Strong written English and the ability to work independently on a remote team.

- Reliable computer and internet connection suitable for running browser automation.

STRONG PLUS

- GoHighLevel: workflows, pipelines, triggers.

- Zapier or Make: multi-step automations connecting LinkedIn data, Sheets, and CRM.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator search building.

- Google Sheets skills: formulas, cleanup of exported lead lists.

- Experience running automation across multiple LinkedIn profiles or client accounts.

ENGAGEMENT

Remote contractor role. Flexible hours with some overlap with US Eastern time for check-ins. Compensation is discussed at interview.
