Location: Remote in Poland (Occasional Travel)

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced o9 Solutions Techno-Functional Consultant with a proven track record of end-to-end implementations to join our growing supply chain practice.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation Leadership: Drive full-lifecycle o9 implementations (Discover, Design, Build, Test, Deploy) across global clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with best practices.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Translate complex business requirements into robust o9 system architectures, configuring data models, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and analytical reports.
• Data Integration & Management: Partner with data engineering teams to design, test, and troubleshoot ETL pipelines and data interfaces connecting enterprise source systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, legacy ERPs) to the o9 platform.
• Client Workshops & Business Blueprinting: Lead interactive workshops with client supply chain leaders and IT stakeholders to define future-state processes for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
• Testing & Deployment Execution: Manage system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and production deployment activities.
• Change Management & Enablement: Deliver comprehensive training programs, build user documentation, and guide stakeholders through adoption and hypercare support phases.

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on expertise in configuring o9 data models, dimensions, measures, dimensions, and custom business rules.
• Strong background in data integration, ETL concepts, and advanced SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud enterprise architectures and ERP data structures.
