No previous occupational health experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You'll spend your time travelling to client sites, carrying out workplace health screening activities, drug and alcohol testing, and supporting the day-to-day administration required to deliver a high-quality service. About the Role As an Occupational Health Technician, you'll work directly with employees across a variety of industries, helping businesses promote healthier and safer working environments. No two days are the same. One day you may be conducting health surveillance on-site, while the next you could be travelling to a different location, completing workplace drug and alcohol testing, or supporting the administration and coordination of client appointments. Key Responsibilities Occupational Health Duties Conduct health surveillance and occupational health screening assessments Carry out workplace drug and alcohol testing, including urine and oral fluid sample collection Follow company procedures and industry standards at all times Deliver a professional and positive client experience Administrative Duties Complete accurate reports and electronic records following appointments Upload and maintain confidential health records Schedule and coordinate appointments where required Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally Support the administration of testing programmes and client bookings Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time Assist with general office and operational administration What We're Looking For We're looking for attitude and potential rather than experience.
