We're looking for someone who's curious enough to question how things work, pragmatic enough to keep solutions simple, and motivated by turning ideas into reality. Organisation & Development helps turn DOVISTA's strategic ambitions into practical improvements that strengthen leadership, capabilities and the way we work together. We've built strong foundations and are now focused on taking them further. As our new Organisation & Development Consultant, you'll join a small Group Organisation &Development team, working across leadership, learning, people processes and organisational development. Some initiatives follow our annual people cycle. Others begin because the business evolves, a new opportunity emerges or simply because someone asks, "Could we do this better?" You'll work closely with leaders, local People & Culture (P&C) teams and colleagues across Europe to identify opportunities, coordinate initiatives and create momentum. Working in an international organisation means collaborating with people who bring different perspectives, experiences and ways of working. We see that diversity as one of our strengths. Success in this role isn't measured by the number of projects you deliver. It's measured by whether people adopt what we build - and whether it helps DOVISTA perform and grow. "We're looking for someone who's naturally curious and enjoys making things happen. Someone who spots opportunities, asks good questions and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who gets as much satisfaction from seeing something successfully implemented as from coming up with the idea in the first place." Christina Birch Vosgerau Head of Organisation & Development Drive Organisation & Development projects from idea to implementation. Coordinate stakeholders, create momentum and help turn ideas into action across leadership, learning and people initiatives. Identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen how we support leaders, employees and People, Culture & Communication (PC&C). Help shape and roll out leadership development, including the Model Leader Principles, learning initiatives and onboarding journeys. Contribute to the continuous development of our annual people processes and employee engagement activities. Facilitate workshops and create communication and presentation material that turns complex topics into something people understand and want to act on. Build strong partnerships across local P&C teams and business stakeholders across Europe. Mindset matters more than ticking every experience box. Whether your background is consulting, a graduate programme, business development, HR or another project-based environment, we're looking for someone who's curious, proactive and motivated by helping organisations perform and grow. We're particularly looking for someone who: Has a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree. Has experience from a project-based environment where you've helped turn ideas into action. Has strong project and stakeholder management skills. Builds strong relationships and enjoys collaborating across different stakeholders, functions and cultures. Communicates clearly and confidently, whether facilitating workshops, writing communication or creating presentations tailored to different audiences. Is comfortable using digital tools and quick to adopt new ones, including PowerPoint, AI and other technologies that help improve the way we work. Is fluent in Danish and English. Experience working in an international or matrix organisation is an advantage, but not a requirement. You'll probably thrive in this role if you: Naturally spot opportunities and enjoy turning them into action. Like creating momentum and seeing ideas through. Know when something is good enough to create value - and when it's worth investing that little bit extra. Think from the user's perspective and believe the best solutions are the ones people understand, adopt and use. Balance structure with flexibility and enjoy collaborating across functions, countries and cultures. What we offer A role with broad exposure across DOVISTA and close collaboration with senior leaders. Plenty of opportunities to learn through diverse projects and increasing responsibility. A collaborative and informal working environment built on trust and shared responsibility. Flexible working arrangements, including the possibility to work from home up to two days per week. Practical information Location: Horsens (DOVISTA HQ) Working model: Hybrid workplace with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.
