Proactivity fueled by curiosity toward technology, customer needs and sales. Project, process and stakeholder management skills. Basic knowledge of working with data - from definitions to reporting. Knowledge about customer lifecycle and product offering. Strategic mindset combined with good networking skills. Understanding the logic of bank products. University degree. Fluent in Lithuanian and English - both written and spoken. Advanced skills in Excel, any other data related tool in an advantage.
