As Office Manager, you're a central part of our People & Culture team: the person who makes onboarding smooth, keeps office life running, and brings our culture to life day to day. You'll work closely with the rest of the People team (HRBP, People Ops Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist), with real room to shape the role around what you're good at and where you want to grow. This role is open to career changers and junior profiles who want to build skills in People & Culture. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, juggle several topics at once, and make things happen on the ground. Responsibilities Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for all entries and exits Coordinate logistics: equipment, access, documentation, internal introductions Improve the new hire journey over time Workplace & Office Operations Manage day-to-day office logistics: workspace, equipment, vendors, building access Manage the subletting of our meeting rooms: tenant relationship, scheduling, logistics Coordinate IT equipment lifecycle with the IT team Operate HR tools within your scope (Lucca, travel booking platforms) Internal Culture & Employee Experience Run a monthly internal newsletter Design and run company rituals and internal events Bring initiatives to life around StrangeBee's values Coordinate team activities and office life Health, Safety & Well-Being Support QWL initiatives and psychosocial risk prevention efforts Flag workplace risks or concerns when needed Requirements Must-have You genuinely like people and it shows Curiosity for people and HR practices: you want to understand how things work, not just execute them Comfortable jumping from one topic to another without losing your footing A facilitator at heart: you bring people together and get things moving Strong organizational skills and rigor Clear, warm communication: people trust you and come to you Professional proficiency in English Nice-to-have Experience with HR tools such as Lucca Background in internal communications or event coordination Experience in a scale-up or fast-moving environment Already connected to an Office Manager network, or keen to build one Mindset You want to test things and implement them, not just execute a fixed plan You look for creative, tailored solutions rather than copying what worked elsewhere Service-oriented: you care about making people's day easier Autonomous and proactive: you don't wait to be told something needs fixing Reliable: people can count on you Practical details Location: Paris, Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote / week) Start date: ASAP, but we are flexible You don't need to check every box.
