We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about people, hospitality and organization to join our Atlanta team as an Office Manager. The successful candidate will be keen to learn, have a natural inclination to help others and anticipate needs, and will have good interpersonal abilities and communication skills. The primary purpose of this role is to help create a professional and friendly first impression of Croud’s Atlanta office, supporting all departments to ensure the smooth running of our shared space. The role involves being responsible for budget management, overall maintenance, and occasional errands. It will also support the planning and coordination of events in partnership with the agency’s culture committee, partner organizations, and clients, as well as occasional space rentals to affiliated and non-affiliated individuals and organizations. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time role based on agency growth, needs, and individual performance. To start, it will require 25-30 hours per week with a set schedule that will require an in-person presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, for ad hoc meetings and space usage, and hybrid flexibility for errands and tasks that can be completed outside of the office. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Maintain a welcoming, safe, and fun working environment for Croud employees ● Meet & greet guests, offering refreshments ● Oversee daily visual presentation of the workspace, ensuring communal areas and conference rooms are pristine and client-ready ● Responsible for meeting room management, ordering catering for meetings when needed ● Support in organizing special office or department activities such as company events, staff appreciation activities, and office moves in conjunction with internal and external teams, partners, and vendors ● Support the purchasing process for office equipment, office stationery, office sundries and any other ad hoc purchases ● Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, building management, cleaning crew, refreshments, etc. ● Maintain and adhere to office management budget and approval processes ● Managing incoming/outgoing mail, packages and deliveries ● Responsible for managing occasional space rentals ● Responsible for the ATL office food/snack and office supply shopping ● Support management with office maintenance help and requests ● Support and improve office processes such as recycling & waste, stock levels ● Support employee offboarding with setting up return of company assets ● Responsible for organizing welcome boxes for new clients and US new starters ● Support with Recruitment and IT on laptop and supply inventory ● Assist in any future office moves, spec, design, location and organization with external real estate and moving companies REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ● Excellent written and spoken communication abilities ● Natural inclination to provide support and care for others, including anticipating needs ● Good IT skills ● The ability to work under time sensitive conditions ● Good interpersonal abilities ● Highly organized ● Excellent attention to detail ● Understanding of budgets and reconciliation ● The ability to prioritize workload ● Reliable personal transportation with the capacity to travel to and from errands and transport supplies as needed COMPENSATION The Hourly Rate for this role is $18-$20 per hour . (DOE) Where an employee or prospective employee is paid will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
