In this position, the Office Manager creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety while supporting local teams, managing office administrative needs, and orchestrating meetings and events. Key Responsibilities: On-site / Hybrid Status: Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week (flexible part-time schedule, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM). Maintain office and shipping supplies, order fruit and snacks weekly, and ensure kitchen equipment (coffee machines, ice machine, dishwashers) is supported and maintained daily. Manage shipping, receiving, weekly mailbox checks, leadership document signatures, and employee/guest badge programming in coordination with building management. Plan logistics, order catering, handle technical setup with IT for conference room technology, and execute room setup/cleanup for visitor and large team meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for visiting teams, local office question surveys, and facility maintenance requests (janitorial, plumbing, electrical) with building management. Evaluate office space utilization and ongoing activities to identify areas for continuous improvement, make recommendations, and resolve or escalate ad hoc inquiries. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Diploma holder or higher degree preferred. Demonstrated organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workflow and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, research capability, and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in Google Workspace platform (Mail, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Chrome) and Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive, decisive approach with a natural affinity for serving others, strong team work ethic, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
