You help capture, retain, and share technical lessons learned to improve product availability and support continuous improvement. You support the development and improvement of standard operating procedures within your area of influence. You monitor production-based availability and safety-related technical concerns, helping teams prioritise the right actions. You use structured problem-solving methods, including Problem-Solving Reports and DMAIC, to support a culture of continuous improvement. You champion lean thinking and help embed GE Leadership Behaviours: act with humility, lead with transparency, and deliver with focus.
