OFSAA FCCM Mid/Senior Technical Developer (KYC)

Design, develop, customize, and implement OFSAA FCCM KYC solutions, preferably on version 8.1.2.x. Configure and enhance KYC workflows, customer onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and screening functionalities. Develop and maintain FCCM data models, metadata configurations, and batch processing frameworks. Build and optimize PL/SQL procedures, database objects, and performance tuning activities. Develop custom integrations, interfaces, and extensions using Java and OFSAA frameworks. Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution across FCCM environments. Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support deployment activities, environment setup, code migration, and production releases. Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, security standards, and development best practices. Provide technical support for production incidents and ongoing application enhancements. 5+ years of experience in OFSAA FCCM implementation and development. Strong hands-on development experience in OFSAA FCCM KYC module. Experience with OFSAA FCCM version 8.1.2.x preferred. Strong knowledge of OFSAA architecture, data model, and batch framework. Advanced PL/SQL development and performance tuning skills. Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE development and customization. Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and interface development. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience. Good understanding of Oracle databases and Unix/Linux environments.
