Job Description - OIC Principal Engineer (04BZX) Job Description OIC Principal Engineer Job Title: OIC Principal Engineer - OIC Admin & Developer (Hybrid) Location Hyderabad, India Hybrid mode (Office & Remote) Job Overview Role: Systems Software Principal Engineer - OIC Admin & Developer Experience: 8 + years 🛠️ Mandatory Technical Skills Role Summary Experienced professional responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and administering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Develop integrations using OIC (App-driven, Scheduled, REST/SOAP) Manage OIC environments (DEV, UAT, PROD) and deployments Configure connections, security, and credentials Implement CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub-based deployments) Monitor, troubleshoot, and support integrations (L2/L3) Integrate with Oracle EBS, SaaS, and third-party systems Ensure performance, security, and governance Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Expertise in REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT Experience with GitHub / CI-CD and automation User & role creation, Load Balanace, Backup & Recovery , IDCS Knowledge of Oracle EBS / SaaS integrations (preferred) Good SQL/PLSQL and troubleshooting skills Nice to Have Oracle OIC/SOA certifications Cloud platform exposure (OCI/AWS/Azure) Employment Requirements : TTEC requires all employees hired in the India to successfully pass a background check including employment credentials, education, permanent and current address verification and if applicable, immigration and work permit documentation as a condition of employment.
