Okta Architect

Okta Architect Location: Remote Pay Rate: $65.00 per hour Position Overview A global technology and consulting organization seeks an experienced Okta Architect for a six-month fully remote contract. This role leads the design and implementation of enterprise identity and access management solutions on the Okta platform. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement Okta IAM solutions across enterprise environments Design and configure SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and API access management Integrate Okta with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and on-premise systems Define IAM policies, governance standards, and security best practices Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation Requirements 5+ years of hands-on Okta implementation and architecture experience Okta Certified Professional or Architect certification strongly preferred Deep knowledge of IAM concepts: SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM Experience integrating Okta in complex enterprise environments Ability to work fully remote with strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale Okta migrations or consolidations Familiarity with Zero Trust security frameworks Exposure to SIEM integration and identity governance tools Screening Questions Do you hold any Okta certifications?
