Job Overview: As a Junior Presentation Designer, you will support Oliver Wyman consultants by creating high-quality, client-ready presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Working as part of the Presentation Team within the Creative Studio, you will apply presentation design best practices, brand standards, and strong attention to detail to transform business content into clear, visually engaging deliverables. Required Skills Microsoft PowerPoint Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and edit professional presentations. Demonstrates the aptitude and willingness to develop advanced presentation production skills. Design Fundamentals: Understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and information presentation, with the ability to apply these principles to create clear, professional presentations. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality, with the ability to follow templates, brand guidelines, and established processes while meeting deadlines. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with consultants and teammates, and respond positively to feedback. Adaptability & Learning Agility: Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and best practices while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Brand Develop an understanding of Oliver Wyman's brand guidelines, visual identity, and presentation standards. Produce presentation materials that consistently align with approved templates, brand requirements, and quality expectations Process Learn and follow established presentation production processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality. Apply foundational problem-solving skills to resolve straightforward formatting and presentation design challenges with guidance from senior team members. Develop a strong attention to detail by reviewing work carefully before delivery. Communication Communicate clearly and professionally with consultants and team members. Ask questions proactively to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. Build strong working relationships through responsiveness, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset. AI & Technology Explore AI and productivity tools that support presentation design, ideation, and workflow efficiency. Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to adopt new technologies that improve the quality and efficiency of work. Adaptability Remain flexible when priorities, timelines, or project requirements change. Demonstrate initiative in learning new tools, techniques, and best practices for presentation design.
