What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Coordinate omnichannel campaigns across relevant sales and marketing channels,
• Manage international e-commerce customers and identify new business development opportunities,
• Manage relationships with assigned e-commerce customers and contribute to achieving sales, profitability, and market share targets,
• Develop, negotiate, and execute joint e-commerce business plans for key accounts,
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance and plan campaigns to drive growth,
• Follow global trends and best practices to keep the team up to date on product assortment, campaigns, and e-commerce dynamics,
• Drive the growth and profitability of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing distribution, availability, visibility, and operational excellence,
• Manage SKU assortment and trade marketing budgets in coordination with Finance, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams,
• Work closely with Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to contribute to the development and execution of the e-commerce strategy,
• Analyze the customer experience and purchase journey to improve key KPIs such as orders, new customer acquisition, and conversion rates, and develop relevant actions.

What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Graduated from universities with a major in economics, business, finance, or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce,
• Advanced level of English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
