We prioritize hiring individuals who embrace AI, think creatively about its application, and are excited to continuously evolve alongside it The Onboarding Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful onboarding of new customers by accurately migrating aircraft maintenance and operational data into Veryon's enterprise maintenance platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer data is complete, accurate, and standardized, enabling customers to successfully begin using Veryon's solutions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. You will work with data from a variety of sources—including PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, and other documentation formats —while partnering closely with customers and internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. Job Duties Customer Onboarding & Data Migration • Migrate aircraft maintenance and operational data from PDFs, spreadsheets, and other customer-provided documentation into standardized Veryon templates.• Review, validate, and organize customer data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy before migration.• Support onboarding projects for various aircraft types while ensuring all required documentation is properly processed.• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer onboarding activities and track implementation progress for each client and aircraft. Data Quality & Accuracy • Maintain high standards of data integrity throughout the onboarding process.• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies independently while ensuring accurate system configuration.• Validate migrated data to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.• Perform quality assurance reviews to minimize errors and maintain consistently high accuracy levels. Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Communicate professionally with customers via email regarding onboarding requirements, missing documentation, and project updates.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information exchange and successful project completion.• Support continuous communication between internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on onboarding milestones. Process Improvement & Project Management • Independently manage multiple onboarding projects while meeting established deadlines.• Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, data migration processes, and operational efficiency.• Seek guidance when needed while proactively identifying learning opportunities and knowledge gaps.• Contribute to process documentation and onboarding best practices that improve scalability and consistency. Requirements • 2+ years of experience in data migration, customer onboarding, implementation support, project coordination, business operations, or a related analytical role. • Experience working with Excel, PDFs, and structured/unstructured data while maintaining high levels of accuracy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and validate complex datasets. • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Experience communicating professionally with customers and cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams . • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar customer management systems. Preferred Skills • Experience working with aviation maintenance records, technical documentation, or enterprise maintenance systems. • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance programs, technical records, or aviation operational data. • Experience with customer onboarding, software implementation, or SaaS deployment projects. • Knowledge of data migration methodologies and data validation best practices. • Experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve documentation review, data validation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency. • Exposure to project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar collaboration tools.
