Onboarding and Support Advisor - 6 month Fixed term contract Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in the field of digital behaviour change. Our ambition is to empower 1 million people by 2030 to improve their health and well-being by preventing and managing chronic conditions through digitally-powered, evidence-based lifestyle interventions. Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems - including the NHS, life science companies and health insurers - allow us to impact lives at scale. We recently acquired Momenta, a leading developer and provider of evidence-based, outcome driven, healthy lifestyle solutions that help people negotiate the many day-to-day challenges they face in living healthier lives, with a focus on weight management. We’re looking for someone who can be the first point of contact for our participants and make that experience genuinely positive. This role exists to ensure every individual joining a Liva programme feels supported, informed, and confident from day one — and continues to stay engaged throughout their journey. What you’ll be doing Supporting participants through onboarding, making the process simple and accessible Responding to enquiries across phone, chat, and email, ensuring people feel heard and supported Helping participants navigate the app and resolve any issues quickly Delivering brief, supportive interventions to encourage healthy behaviour change Acting as the first point of contact for questions, concerns, or complaints Working closely with coaches and internal teams to provide a seamless experience Identifying common issues and helping improve how we deliver our programmes What you’ll have Experience supporting customers or patients in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Confidence managing multiple conversations and tasks at once Comfort using digital systems and learning new tools An interest in health, wellbeing, or supporting behaviour change What you’ll get The opportunity to play a meaningful role in improving people’s health and wellbeing A collaborative, supportive team environment The chance to shape and improve how services are delivered Exposure to digital health and behaviour change at scale At Liva, we are a purpose-driven company, and we go to work every day to help people live better lives. We are committed to developing a representative workforce at all levels, and maintaining a working environment that promotes the health and wellbeing of our employees. Liva will operate a fair, inclusive and transparent recruitment and selection process. Locations UK Remote status Hybrid Why come work at Liva? Make a difference At Liva, we do not go to work just to work. We are a purpose-driven company, and we go to work every day to help people live better lives. Our purpose is in our DNA, and it is important that this is also a driver for you. Flexible work hours and locations We value the health of our employees, and it all starts with a healthy work/life balance. We will put in the extra effort when needed, but we also know the importance of recharging your batteries and spending time on your priorities outside work. We are flexible when it comes to working from home, but we also expect that you will prioritise to come to the office and contribute to the company culture. Your colleagues We are an ambitious bunch of people, and we work hard to achieve our goals - but we do not want colleagues with sharp elbows competing internally instead of working as a team. Personal growth If you have the passion, skills, empathy, and enthusiasm to drive things forward, this is more important to us than formal education. We believe in personal growth and to give people the chance of growing into new areas of expertise if they have the drive and talent to do so.
