Role Description The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to configuration, data migration, and go-live. Day-to-day tasks include conducting onboarding calls and training sessions, mapping client workflows into NearSync’s platform, coordinating imports of spreadsheets and legacy data, and ensuring smooth adoption across customer teams. The Onboarding Specialist will collaborate closely with product, support, and sales to address client questions, document implementation plans, and proactively identify risks or gaps. The role also involves gathering feedback to improve onboarding templates and processes, helping NearSync scale its implementation playbooks across different industries.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver clear guidance to diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding, including leading implementation projects, training sessions, and go-live support.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand client processes, interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and translate requirements into practical configurations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM/ERP or business management software, and basic data migration (e.g., working with spreadsheets and CSV imports) is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple onboarding projects in parallel and meet agreed timelines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating across remote and in-person teams in Dubai; prior experience with Gulf-based or international clients is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in implementation, consulting, or customer success.
