What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage smooth, engaging end-to-end onboarding experiences for new hires and clients.
Host live orientation and training sessions, guiding new team members through setup, workflows, and documentation.
Partner with Customer Success Managers, Team Leads, and Recruitment to align on onboarding schedules and goals.
Provide hands-on support with client-side account setups and initial integration.
Track onboarding milestones and gather feedback to continuously improve the new-hire journey.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

1–3 years of experience in Onboarding, Customer Enablement, Support, or HR-related roles.
2+ years of experience in the BPO or E-Commerce space (Virtual Assistant experience is a strong plus!).
Hands-on experience with E-Commerce platforms like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, or Freshdesk.
Familiarity with team workflow and CRM software such as Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong public speaking and clear written communication skills in English.
High organizational skills with a natural knack for coaching and motivating others.

Technical Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet connection (Minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds).
Comfortable working daily with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Slack.
A quiet home office setup for conducting live training sessions.
