Role Description The OneStream Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing OneStream solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business and financial requirements, building and testing OneStream applications, and supporting data integration and workflow design. The consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders to optimize financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting processes within the OneStream platform. This role also includes preparing documentation, providing user training, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of OneStream implementation methodologies. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with best practices.

Location: Remote (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines only)

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OneStream platform configuration, including workflows, dashboards, cubes, and reporting.
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) concepts such as consolidation, planning, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial processes, including general accounting, financial close, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Comfort with data modeling, data integration, and working with relational databases or ETL tools.
• Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical designs, and document solutions clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely in cross-functional teams and with clients.
• Experience in consulting or implementation projects, including project planning and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• OneStream certification or prior hands-on OneStream implementation experience is highly desirable.
