As an Online Business Mentor, you will guide clients through business growth, leadership development, and mindset transformation. You’ll work with professionals seeking meaningful change, helping them identify and engage with programmes aligned to their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor clients in strategy, leadership, and mindset growth
• Guide clients through professional and personal transitions
• Participate in values-led programme conversations focused on alignment, readiness, and fit
• Share and position established leadership and transformation programmes as part of a broader mentoring pathway
• Work within a proven digital system that supports relationship-based client engagement
• Build trust-based client relationships via online platforms
• Operate independently with full training, mentorship, and proven systems
