Role Description The Online Community Manager internship / commission based is a remote role focused on nurturing and expanding A Mind For You’s digital community across social platforms such as Facebook and Discord Channels.
Day-to-day responsibilities include moderating and responding to community conversations, supporting members with timely and thoughtful communication, and gathering feedback to share with the core team. The intern will help plan and execute community engagement initiatives such as live sessions, Q&As, and challenges aligned with consciousness training and mindset shift themes.
This role also involves running our content engine / AI based, assisting with content calendars, coordinating small projects related to workshops and retreats, and tracking basic engagement metrics.
The position offers hands-on experience building a values-driven community in collaboration with a mission-focused, growth-oriented team. We are currently 4 including the founder Brian Jacobsen.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for clear, empathetic, and engaging online interactions.
- Experience or interest in Community Management and Social Media Marketing to foster active, supportive digital spaces.
- Basic Project Management skills to coordinate community initiatives, track tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and ability to work independently with guidance.
- Interest in mindset, consciousness work, coaching, or mental well-being is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience managing online communities, brand social channels, or group programs is a plus but not required.
- Availability to commit consistent hours during the internship period and maintain professional online conduct.
- Internship is 1 month, and will then if its a right fit, turn into a paid role, as agreed to.
