Legacy Online School is hiring online teachers across Elementary, Middle, and High School.

Role Description

We are looking for qualified, student-centered educators to join our international remote teaching team. Opportunities are available across core academic subjects, Health & Physical Education, and IEP/special education-supported instruction.

At Legacy Online School, teachers deliver engaging live online lessons and support students through personalized learning pathways.

What you will do

• Teach engaging live online classes and, where assigned, 1:1 lessons
• Adapt instruction for different learning needs, abilities, and learning profiles
• Assess learning, maintain accurate records, and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Monitor attendance, engagement, assignment completion, and student progress
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school colleagues
• Use the school’s LMS and online teaching tools effectively
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, respectful, and motivating virtual classroom

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• Valid teaching certification or license
• Relevant K–12 teaching experience, online teaching experience preferred
• Strong subject knowledge and confident use of educational technology
• Excellent written and spoken English, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with differentiated instruction; special education or IEP experience is an advantage for relevant roles

Remuneration

• Base rate: $10 / hour
• Performance-based salary increases
• Conversion bonuses (when applicable)
• Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of annual earnings.
