The Executive Education Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business is seeking an Online Learning Manager (OLM) to support and deliver the Stanford LEAD program, our flagship high-touch online executive education experience designed for mid- to senior-level professionals and leaders. The Online Learning Manager will join a small, collaborative team led by the Associate Director of Online Courses, supporting the delivery of approximately 3–4 courses per quarter. Working closely with faculty, teaching teams, and the broader LEAD team, the Online Learning Manager plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality learning experience for participants. This is a full-time, 100% FTE hybrid position with the expectation of being on-site at the Stanford campus a minimum of 2 days a week. Work may be required outside standard university business hours to conduct faculty sessions. In this role, you will: Facilitate weekly teaching team calls with the faculty instructor and course facilitators to align on course delivery, ensure consistency across the program, and address any needs or support required Coordinate and produce live sessions (interactive webinars) per course, including collaborating with faculty on agenda preparation, slides, and presenter coordination; managing technology setup; providing behind-the-scenes support during the session; and posting recordings afterward Serve as the first point of contact for participant technical issues related to the learning management system, troubleshooting, and escalating as needed Monitor and track participant progress throughout the quarter, providing support and contacting those who fall behind on assignments Coordinate the teaching team activities and provide ongoing support throughout the quarter; serve as the primary resource for new course facilitator onboarding and training Coordinate course evaluations, including cleaning data, preparing reports, and sharing results with the teaching team Update and maintain course content in the learning management system, including settings, release dates, and content iterations based on faculty direction and approval. Prepare and maintain documents for the teaching team, including rosters, gradebooks, weekly meeting notes, etc. Between quarters, review the teaching team call notes and compile potential course iteration items for discussion. Meet with faculty to debrief the previous quarter, align on any course updates or changes, and confirm live session and teaching team meeting dates for the upcoming quarter. Budgeted salary for this role: $90,293-$125,000 Core Duties : Independently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities of the unit, function or program by identifying and executing tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the goals of the program. Collect and analyze data, create reports, review and explain trends; formulate and evaluate alternative solutions and/or recommendations to achieve the goals of the program or function. Analyze and interpret policies; develop, revise and implement procedures for program or function. Represent the program or function as the key contact and subject matter expert within the department, unit or school. Commit resources and provide information and/or training. May also represent the program or function to external/internal stakeholders and constituencies. Organize and/or participate in outreach activities that may include developing communications and training, planning/promoting events and/or conferences. May participate in development of budgets, monitor, and approve expenditures. May perform limited forecasting and provide recommendations that determine the budget. May direct staff to perform various tasks and assignments. May also supervise staff. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
