Online marketeer

As Online Marketeer at Hidden Hills, you own the day-to-day execution of our paid and owned channels, from Meta and TikTok ads to TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, and WhatsApp marketing. You'll work directly with founders Victor and Julia, who lead on strategy and direction. Within that, you'll have autonomy and room for your own strategies and initiatives.

Hidden Hills is a women's loungewear brand based in Amsterdam. We design timeless pieces for women who want to feel comfortable and confident simultaneously. The past year we've been growing at a rapid pace and are currently expanding into new markets, and we're building the team that will join us into our next chapter.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise our Meta ads and Tiktok ads campaigns end to end

• Grow and manage our TikTok Shop

• Help run our email and SMS campaigns

• Work together with out influencer marketeer to source and deploy partnership ads at scale

• Collaborate with our external Google Ads agency to keep the channel aligned

• Lead our live shopping program

• Constantly test new creatives, strategies and formats to find what scales

Your profile

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in online or performance marketing

· Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Klaviyo and Shopify

· Experience with TikTok Shop, or quick to learn it

· Knowledgeable about AI and actively using it to work smarter

· Strong communicator in English. Dutch is a plus

· Extremely competitive mindset
