The Onsite Client Mobility Manager is responsible providing onsite support to our client, including responsibility for escalation support and reporting requests. They ensure that client's Mobility program is executed in compliance with the policy and Graebel's standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations. We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $72,000 to $80,000. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Documents and maintains timely and accurate client requirements and profile information, maintains Visa Global Mobility Smart Recruiters Operational reporting daily. Enters authorizations globally based on client-provided report. Provide timely and accurate reporting. Coordinates authorizations between Graebel global offices (tri-regionally). Act as a Tier One contact for questions from the client's recruiters and/or relocating employees and manages Visa's Mobility mailbox. Acts as a Tier One contact for exceptions; review any that require the discretion of the Visa Director of Global One-Way Relocations. Responsible for client facing of a global account. Works with client to provide value added solutions to their identified goals. Monitor and reviews service delivery escalations and works with appropriate parties to resolve issues to the client's satisfaction. Builds positive working relationships with global operations teams and other Client support groups to agree on root cause, develop solution to prevent reoccurrence. Research any client invoice processing data and provides missing information to Graebel to ensure data invoice accuracy. Liaise with immigration team as appropriate to provide support as part of the service initiation process. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Required Skills Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/ procedure manuals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of mangaers, clients, customers, and the general public Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, rations, and proportions to practical situations Ability to utilize common sense undersatanding in order to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature Basic word processing/ typing, spreadsheet knowledge, accounting, and alphanumeric data entry required Required Experience Required knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college.
