Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah) Duration: Approximately 4-month contract with potential for extension Schedule: Full-time during Open Enrollment season About the Opportunity We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support increased call volume during the annual Open Enrollment period. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with healthcare, insurance, medical office, dental office, or medical billing experience who enjoy helping customers and solving complex issues. In this fully remote role, you will assist members, brokers, and internal employees with questions related to Medicare, Individual Marketplace, and Group Policy insurance plans. Representatives will research issues, resolve enrollment and benefits inquiries, and provide an exceptional customer experience while navigating multiple systems and applications. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
