Experienced building and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards that track program KPIs and give Program Managers the visibility they need to hit goals. Comfortable fielding ad-hoc data requests from multiple stakeholders — internal teams, field staff, business development, and clients — without losing sight of scheduled deliverables. Strong command of Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, with the judgment to pick the right tool for the job. Proven ability to prioritize independently, balancing recurring reporting commitments against urgent ad-hoc requests in a fast-moving environment. Detail-oriented about data integrity, applying best practices for accuracy, completeness, and security across all program data. A natural collaborator who works closely with Operations Support and Program Management to align on priorities and troubleshoot program delivery challenges together. Goes beyond standard reporting — digs into the data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities that support broader portfolio goals. Brings a continuous-improvement mindset and takes ownership of process or IT-related projects when they intersect with data and reporting needs.
