We are looking for an Operations Analyst with an Accounting/Finance background to manage inventory reconciliation and support day-to-day operational activities. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with large data sets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy between physical inventory, warehouse records, and ERP systems. Responsibilities - Perform month-end inventory reconciliation between warehouse records, physical inventory, and ERP. Investigate inventory variances and coordinate with warehouses and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Track inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, adjustments, and other movements. Maintain accurate inventory and operational data in ERP/TMS systems. Prepare inventory, reconciliation, and operational reports. Review invoices and identify discrepancies related to freight, warehousing, trucking, and suppliers. Support month-end closing and provide accurate data to Finance and Operations teams. Identify process improvements and strengthen inventory controls. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 3+ years of accounting, inventory, reconciliation, or operations experience. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and large data sets. Strong understanding of reconciliations, variances, and month-end closing. ERP experience: JDE experience is a plus. Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Logistics or physical commodity experience is a plus, but not required. Shift Timings for this role is from 2-11p.m
