We're a small, senior AI team, with six founding exits and hundreds of millions in revenue between us. We run a portfolio of consumer brands on an agent fleet instead of a fifty-person payroll, so one careful operator does what used to take a room full of people.

We're not looking for someone brilliant, ambitious, or hunting for a launchpad. We're looking for the rare person who does step nine of a fourteen-step procedure correctly on day 40 exactly as they did on day 1, and takes quiet pride in it. What this role does

• Social account operations — log into managed remote environments and run daily activity on assigned TikTok/Instagram accounts (warmup, engagement, monitoring) following precise, account-specific SOPs
• Tracking & flagging — log every session in the shared tracker (account, activity, date, anomalies); flag warnings, verification prompts, or anything unusual immediately
• Web research — gather and organize competitive, market, and vendor intelligence to support brand and operations decisions; turn raw findings into clean, usable summaries
• Process discipline — follow multi-step procedures exactly, every time, without shortcuts
• Growth track — as reliability is demonstrated, room to take on account setup, SOP maintenance, and broader infrastructure/coordination work across the portfolio

What we're looking for

• Tech-comfortable first — you've worked with remote desktop tools, proxies, or similar systems before, or you pick up new technical tools fast without hand-holding
• Extremely detail-oriented — multi-step procedures get followed exactly, every time
• Reliable and consistent — daily tasks happen on schedule, no exceptions
• Discreet — this work is confidential, and you treat it that way
• Strong written English (you'll be documenting your own work daily)
