We are hiring an operations generalist at The Unbored Club.
We design experience led trips in India for international travelers. Retreats hosted by yoga teachers, chefs, fitness coaches and creators out of the UK, Spain and Germany, and private custom trips built from scratch. We exist to change how the world feels about India.
You will work on everything that goes into making those trips happen:
👉 sourcing new properties and experience partners</p>
👉 hotels, drivers, guides and experience hosts. Rates, dates, follow ups</p>
👉 building itineraries and costing them out</p>
👉 running trips while they are live</p>
👉 keeping trackers and vendor payments honest</p>
👉 working with me on the automations that run our operations
This is not a one-department role. You will wear multiple hats, work directly with me, and see how an early stage company is actually built.
One thing before you fill this in. If you are not genuinely obsessed with travel, please don't apply. I have said no to sharp, capable people because travel was a job to them and not something they think about on a Sunday afternoon. That is the filter. The video question is where I look for it.
