About Alia by Dotdigital: Alia is a popup and engagement platform built for Shopify and e-commerce brands helping, merchants grow their email and SMS lists and drive more revenue from their existing traffic. We were bootstrapped to $10M+ ARR and 4,000+ merchant customers before being acquired by Dotdigital, a global marketing automation leader. We’re now scaling as part of a bigger platform, with the speed and hustle of a startup team. About the Role We're hiring an Operations Associate to own structured, repeatable work across finance operations, hiring operations, vendor management, and general business operations at Alia. You'll be a key part of keeping the day-to-day engine of the company running smoothly as we scale post-acquisition. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership inside a fast-growing, recently acquired B2B SaaS company, and who is excited to build process, not just follow one. What You'll Do Maintain spend and budget tracking spreadsheets. Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and the hiring team. Maintain candidate pipeline tracking, including status updates and follow-ups. Prepare and organize hiring materials such as job descriptions, assessment documents, and offer letter drafts. Track SOW (Statement of Work) completion status and follow up with vendors and contractors. Maintain a log of active contracts, renewal dates, and payment signatories. Support calendar management and light logistics coordination for the Head of Operations. Keep internal documentation (Notion) organized and up to date. Take on ad hoc research, reporting, and data entry as needed About You 2+ years of experience in an operations role at a fast-paced company; startup experience strongly preferred. Fluent in written and spoken English. Willing and able to work EST hours, regardless of home country. Comfortable using spreadsheets beyond basic data entry, including formulas. High attention to detail and reliable follow-through on recurring tasks without heavy oversight. Comfortable handling financial and business data with discretion. Compensation & Growth $2,000-$3,000 USD per month, based on experience and location. Opportunity to grow alongside a team that has recently gone through a successful acquisition and is scaling quickly.
