It's not what we're looking for on top of everything else. It's the foundation.

What you'll actually do.

• You're the coordination engine behind our company, our clients, and our activities. One week that's logistics and run sheets for a closed-door roundtable. The next it's following up with a client, keeping a project moving, making sure nothing gets missed.
• You'll help shape our internal comms and meetings.
• Keep our systems tight and up to date.
• Be across the tools that keep us organised
• You will manage our XERO and payments
• Liaise with our accountant and any suppliers

You'll also be one of the first faces of Humanise Health. Every email, every call, every room you walk into, you're representing us. We need someone who does that brilliantly and kindly.

What you bring.

• Serious organisation and great written skills
• Comfortable across Claude, AI tools, XERO, social media and Teams. We like to keep it organised but not complicated.
• Warm and personable.
• Lived experience of health, illness, or advocacy, in whatever form that's taken for you.
• The ability to spot what needs doing and move on it.

The details.

20+ hours a week. Contract. Work from anywhere in Australia. Days and hours flexible but agreed upon in advance, we'll find what works for both of us.
