We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide managerial and administrative support to our New Zealand Operations Team. In this role, you’ll help drive operational excellence - ensuring our trips run safely and smoothly and supporting Tour Leaders and suppliers with delivering exceptional travel experiences across NZ! Working closely with the Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day trip operations, responding to operational challenges, and ensuring clear communication with our Tour leaders and suppliers. You’ll also respond promptly to all operational queries from our Tour Leaders, build strong relationships with our operational partners, and assist with resolving any issues that come up on ground. If you're passionate about travel operations and enjoy finding solutions in a purpose-led global travel company, we'd love to hear from you! This is a full-time, 12 month contract position based in our office in Auckland, New Zealand.
