Operations Coordinator for a Healthcare Provider in US (Home Based Part Time)

Client Information A UK-based healthcare technology company specializing in telemedicine and remote healthcare services for insurers, corporate clients, healthcare providers, and individuals. Job Description • Ops coordination: liaising between the client and the internal team of doctors • Rota management via Connecteam (universal rota/workforce management app) — allocating doctors to different work queues, backlogs, and platforms based on client requirements • Guiding/directing doctors to specific queues as client needs come in (e.g., "work on this queue," "work on this backlog spreadsheet") • General client communication and creation of rotas Internal phone communication only — ringing doctors if they don't respond on Connecteam for urgent matters (no external/customer-facing calls) Must Haves • Strong English (speaking, reading, writing) Proactive • General IT proficiency — Google Workspace (Google Sheets, etc.); Connecteam is straightforward and will be trained • No specific prior work experience required Nice to Haves • Background in medical recruitment, medical secretary work, nursing, or healthcare assistant roles • Experience working alongside/communicating with doctors • Strong familiarity with Filipino nurses via NHS recruitment and would view a healthcare background as a bonus (not essential) Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: · Perfectly working headset and webcam · Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted.
