We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing U.S. healthcare technology company for an Operations & Customer Onboarding Coordinator . Although this role includes administrative responsibilities, it is far more than traditional admin. You will play a key role in coordinating customer onboarding, managing operational processes, and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience from start to finish. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, taking ownership of their work, and solving problems before they become issues. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new customers, maintaining system integrity, and supporting the operations team with critical daily tasks. You will take full ownership of backend operational workflows while maintaining high accuracy and clear written communication with clients. PLEASE NOTE Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am (SAST), subject to change in accordance with daylight saving time. Internet Requirements: A dedicated, fixed FIBRE internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download at your remote work location is mandatory. Connections via Rain, LTE, 5G, or similar are not acceptable. Applicants without a fixed fibre line will not be considered. Public Holidays: Required to work on all South African public holidays and will be compensated in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). Power Backup: A reliable backup power solution that can support your equipment for the duration of your scheduled working hours during power outages (UPS, inverter, solar, etc.) is mandatory. Applicants without a reliable backup solution will not be considered. Work Environment: Fully remote within South Africa. Key Responsibilities Coordinate customer onboarding from start to finish. Set up new customers within internal systems. Manage backend administrative processes. Update CRM and internal databases. Perform daily data entry and quality checks. Prepare customer documentation. Write professional customer emails. Follow up on outstanding actions. Assist customers with basic user support. Create and maintain internal documents. Support the operations team with additional administrative tasks. What We're Looking For Exceptionally organised and detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
