Vetoquinol Belgium, the Netherlands & Scandinavia is looking for an Operations & Data Specialist to strengthen its supply chain and data capabilities across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll be the link between operations, systems and data: ensuring accuracy, improving processes and enabling better decision-making across the organisation. This position combines operational execution with data governance and continuous improvement, driving business performance across Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden. What you will do A hands-on role with impact across supply chain, systems and data: Supply chain operations (execution & coordination): Support day-to-day supply chain activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, ensuring product availability, smooth planning and strong stakeholder coordination (25%) ERP key user support (system ownership): Act as local ERP expert, supporting users, solving issues and continuously improving system usage and processes (20%) Data management & reporting (accuracy & insights): Ensure high-quality data in CRM and related systems, maintain data integrity and support reporting for business decision-making (30%) Cross-functional process optimisation (efficiency & improvement): Improve data flows, tools and workflows across departments to enhance efficiency, accessibility and data consistency (25%) Who you are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years’ experience in data, operations, supply chain or business analytics Strong analytical mindset (a true data nerd who enjoys digging into numbers and patterns) Passion for improving processes and making systems work better Hands-on, structured and detail-oriented Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment Strong communicator who bridges IT, operations and business needs Native Dutch speaker (required) Why you will love working with us Global company, family culture High-impact role at the heart of operations and data Space to improve, optimise and build smarter ways of working Collaborative team of passionate animal lovers Continuous learning and development Attractive salary & benefits 32 days of holiday Flexible hybrid work (2 office days/week) Bonus: Bring your furry friend to our state-of-the-art office in Niel (yes, we mean your pet!) 🐾🦴 Ready to make data work smarter, not harder?
