As an Operations Executive at Cartology, you’ll be the heartbeat of our campaigns, guiding them seamlessly from initial booking through to high-impact execution. In this pivotal, end-to-end role, you will blend commercial precision with creative coordination to ensure every client's vision is flawlessly brought to life across our omnichannel retail media network.
Here Are The Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Campaign Success: Take full ownership of the campaign lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution from initial booking through to the final live date across our omnichannel network.
- Champion Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of commercial accuracy, meticulously validating sales bookings and managing inventory to ensure our systems always reflect the ground truth.
- Bring Creative to Life: Lead production workflows with precision, coordinating asset tracking and briefing internal and external teams to ensure every campaign lands exactly as intended.
- Collaborate for Impact: Build bridges across the business by partnering with Merchandise, Marketing, and Store Operations teams to seamlessly align supplier campaigns with our broader retail goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as a trusted operational partner for clients and agencies, providing clear communication, managing deadlines, and ensuring every campaign milestone meets our high service standards.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively audit workflows and identify smarter ways to optimize lead times, keeping our processes as agile and efficient as the fast-moving retail media landscape.

- FMCG Expertise (Bonus): Previous experience in operations or advertising within an FMCG environment is a major plus and will help you hit the ground running.
